SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time. A valid physical address is required for delivery.

Fulfillment Locations
All orders are shipped from one of our two U.S. fulfillment centers, located in Fontana, California and Miami, Florida, depending on product availability and your delivery address.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (via UPS, FedEx or USPS): 3–7 business days after processing

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order total (pre-tax):

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be in unused, original condition and packaging
• Returns apply only to orders placed directly on www.maia-shop.com

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper repackaging
• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Email us at info@maia-shop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for shipping.
3. Pack the item securely in its original box (if possible) and drop it off at the indicated carrier.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like an exchange for the same item, please indicate this when contacting us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

2. Include photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number.
3. Based on your case, we may offer:

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceledonly if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it must be returned following our standard return procedure.

GIFT RETURNS
